Items mentioned/discussed:
Church Business Meeting planned for Sunday, January 29 with breakfast served at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting begins at 10. The 2012 Church Budget presentation is the focus of this meeting.
Pastor. . .
Wants to do a survey of member interest in various outreach programs such as a Creation Health Seminar, a Cooking School, another Budget Seminar, Prophecies Decoded.
Would like to reconfigure his church office to allow room for a pastor’s SS class by: replacing the large desk with a smaller one and putting in comfortable seating. The chairs from the ROL were suggested for this purpose.
Plans to begin prayer meeting on Wednesdays, from 6-7 p.m. just before Chime Practice. This would begin January 25 and be held in the Youth Room. Soup and bread will be offered at 5:45.
SS Superintendent - Planned January meeting is postponed until February.
Youth – are preparing to do take part in a Sabbath Church Service as praise team and for scripture reading.
Audio/Visual - The cause for the feedback has been discovered and fixed, therefore, the present system will be usable for a while longer.
Student Pastor – It was felt that something should be planned for Brien on the Sabbath that he preaches, as well as help for his transportation, etc.
